Description
The Las Lajas caravan, motorhome, and camper vehicle area is located on the southwest slope of the island, at an altitude of over 1500 meters. This geographic location results in highly variable temperatures, both between seasons and throughout the day and night.
The surroundings are characterized by a landscape dominated by Canary pine trees, interspersed with shrubs typical of high-altitude scrubland, such as rosalillos and codesos. In terms of fauna, the most notable species are the great spotted woodpecker pecking at the older trunks, the blue chaffinch, and the Tenerife lizard.
Access by vehicle involves traveling a short distance on a dirt forest track.
Adjacent to the camping area is the recreational area of the same name, whose services and facilities can be used during your stay.
