RESERVATIONS
To protect our valuable natural areas, it is necessary to obtain authorisation to access certain zones and carry out specific activities. From now on, the following activities will require authorisation via Tenerife ON:
- Camping areas managed by the Cabildo Insular de Tenerife, for tents, caravans, motorhomes, and adapted vehicles, are currently managed through the Cabildo de Tenerife's Central Reservations System. Soon, this will also be managed through Tenerife ON.
- Trails in the El Pijaral Integral Nature Reserve and the Monte Aguirre Exclusion Zone are now managed through Tenerife ON.
In the iOS version, the update may not have reached all users yet, so we encourage you to do it through the website. www.tenerifeon.es
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Log in to the Tenerife ON website or app using your username and password. In each resource’s page, you can check whether authorisation is required and see availability. From the same page, you can make and confirm your reservation by following a few simple steps. Important:Available slots for each resource are released every Monday at 07:00 (Canary Islands time) for the following week. If the calendar appears in black, it means the available slots have not yet been released.
Camping areas for individuals
At present, you must request authorisation to camp through the Cabildo de Tenerife's Central Reservations System (https://centralreservas.tenerife.es/?a=5).
Trails requiring prior authorisation for individuals
Certain trails require authorisation for access. On each trail's page, you will find all the necessary information in the "Permits" section, and you can make your reservation through the "Availability and Permits" section.
Trails requiring prior authorisation for entities and active tourism companies
Each trail includes specific authorisation information for entities and active tourism companies in the "Permits" section.
